The first spark

Discovering that software can protect, guide and connect

I began where ideas become tangible: Android apps that guided visitors, organized property tours and solved immediate needs. At a hackathon, I took that belief further with a safety concept that turned a phone into an alert for trusted contacts.

The project won first place and set a compass I still follow: innovation matters when it improves a real human experience.

Learning by building

From a single screen to complete ecosystems

At Uble I owned the Android lifecycle and broadened my perspective across iOS, backend and UX. I built products for mobility, government transparency, logistics and social programs — very different problems that all demanded listening, translation and clear delivery.

Breadth became judgment: not merely writing code, but understanding the system, the user and the operation around it.

Sharing to multiply

Engineering grows when it is taught

Alongside product work, I began helping others grow. I taught Android and mentored communities where teams turned an intuition into a working project in a matter of hours.

Teaching sharpened the way I communicate complex decisions and laid the foundation for my leadership: creating context so other people can do their best work.

Building to scale

Joining as an engineer. Growing into setting the direction.

Jüsto · Mobile Engineer → iOS Technical Lead

I joined Jüsto while its first web, Android and iOS experiences were being built. As the product grew, I focused on iOS, helped shape the team and stepped into technical leadership for a fast-growing digital-grocery platform.

I defined roadmap and architecture, raised review standards, supported hiring and connected product, design and backend so every release moved forward with quality and direction.

I combined mobile product delivery with responsibility for career growth. Alongside technical decisions, code reviews and cross-functional work, I held one-on-ones and shaped development plans so each person could move forward intentionally.

This chapter consolidated a leadership style grounded in clarity, continuous feedback and autonomy — without losing touch with engineering.

After experiencing hackathons as a competitor, I returned as a mentor. I guided student and founder teams as they turned ambiguous problems into clear proposals, working prototypes and projects they could defend before users and judges.

Those sessions strengthened a belief I now bring to technical leadership: the right question can unlock more than an immediate answer.
